One interface for every zone, channel and controller

Operators work from a single interface instead of switching between applications and controllers. Calls, music and scheduled messages can span different PAVA hardware on the same network at the same time.

Calls

Route announcements to any zone or group, with priority deciding what takes precedence when calls collide.

Call manager layout view
Nested zone groups that mirror how the building is actually described
Up to 1,000 call and message presets for one-touch activation
Priority values from 32 to 255, so precedence is deterministic
Live and pre-recorded sources in the same interface
Call volume set before the announcement goes out

Background music

Channels configured in the PAVA system appear automatically with their current routing, so there is no second place to maintain.

Channel routing

Route channels to zones across subsystems, with live routing status.

Channel volume

A master level per channel, applied across every assigned zone.

Per-zone trim

Independent trim for each zone inside a channel.

Scheduling

Two schedule types: precision-timed custom broadcasts and recurring messages.

Music fades out, the message plays, music returns

Phase outPre-silenceMessagePost-silencePhase in

Custom

A precision-timed broadcast with music ducking handled around it.

Repeat

Recurring messages on chosen days, weekly to monthly, across a date window.

Every scheduled event carries its live state: scheduled, running or finished.

Call to prayer

Each site plays prayer messages on time by itself, without being set up again as dates and times shift.

Prayer times calculated from the site's latitude and longitude, not entered by hand
Times update automatically as they shift day to day, with no re-scheduling required
Manual configuration available where there is no internet access
Configured once per site rather than repeated per zone or schedule
Same ducking behaviour as any other scheduled message: music fades out, the call plays, music returns

Diagnostics

Every hardware fault across the system: the device, the fault type, where it sits on the layout, and what to do about it.

A live fault feed with severity and timestamp
Fault location shown on the site layout
Acknowledge and reset without leaving the interface
Faults from every connected controller in one view

Multi-subsystem

Zones from every connected subsystem are managed as one site layout.

Praesensa, Praesideo and Paviro controllers connected to the same instance at once, including mixed estates where the systems were installed years apart
Cross-system broadcasting for site-wide or targeted announcements
One diagnostics view regardless of which system raised the fault
Background music and schedules that span subsystems simultaneously
